RETURNS POLICY

Returns & refunds 

Change of mind

If you are not happy with your purchase (e.g. you don't like the way it looks on you, is the wrong style or is the incorrect size), then you are welcome to return it for a store credit.  This amount excludes the cost of shipping and is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.  This can be used for any purchase, except for Gift Cards.  

Please note that we do not provide refunds when an item does not fit or when you don't like an item however, we are happy to give you a store credit.  Please see Sale returns policy below as we do not give refunds/store credits on sale items.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please note that all extra postage costs incurred in an exchange are payable by you and return of the new item is subject to us receiving the extra postage costs incurred.

When returning an item, please complete the Returns Form that was included with your Tax Invoice.

Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging (this includes in an appropriate sized bag so item does not get broken, rumpled or creased), with labels attached, in order to receive a store credit or exchange.  Please package your item with respect.

Incorrect Item Sent

If the incorrect item is sent to you, please email us at hello@foxandoak.co.nz 

Please return to the returns address below.  We will refund the shipping cost to you.  A store credit or refund will be offered if the item you originally ordered is no longer available.

Sale Items

Please choose sale items carefully.  All sales are final unless the item breaches a guarantee under the Consumer Guarantees Act.   There is no change of mind refunds or store credits/exchanges on sale items.  Change of mind includes items that do not fit. 

My purchase arrived damaged or faulty - what should I do? 

Our aim is to ensure that your purchase arrives to you in perfect condition. However, if you do receive an item that is faulty or damaged, we will replace it immediately. Please contact us within 7 days of the purchase date in order for us to assist you with returning the product and arranging a store credit or refund with you. If the product is faulty, we will refund or credit the cost of the return postage.

Lay-by Options

    We use Laybuy, Afterpay and Zip as our preferred layby provider to process payments.
